The space

Welcome to our panoramic penthouse in Rome: a newly renovated, elegant and light-filled apartment, ideal for families, couples, friends or colleagues travelling together. Located on the seventh floor of an upscale building with concierge, it offers beautiful views over Rome from two private balconies.

The apartment has two bedrooms:

one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony

the second with two single beds and a balcony – ON REQUEST, the single beds can be prepared as one double bed.

There are two modern bathrooms, with freshly laundered linens and complimentary toiletries.
The spacious, welcoming living area features two sofas, a dining table, a desk and a TV with multilingual Netflix.

The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer and high-quality tableware.

Superfast fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating in every room.
A secure paid garage is located directly opposite the building.

Within a short walk you’ll find a 24/7 supermarket, restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, banks and the metro station (Line B), which brings you to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Vatican in around 10 minutes. The neighbourhood is elegant, safe and authentic, close to Villa Torlonia and charming garden cafés.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is not shared with anyone else.

The building has two elevators and there are no stairs.

Check-in is done in person with me at the entrance of the building from 3:00 p.m. onwards. A different time can be arranged, subject to availability.

After 9:30–10:00 p.m., check-in can be done via self check-in with a key box, only upon prior request made a few days before arrival so that everything can be organised properly. Detailed instructions will be sent before your arrival.
