Mrs. Benedetta welcomed us and was always there on whatsapp when we needed help. The airport transfer was very helpful, safe and in time. Everything was well organized. The flat had its charme, too. "Luxus apartment" in Germany would mean something else, but it was really ok. We only came here to sleep or rest a few minutes. Everything worked and the 4 beds were really good! For German breakfast, it would be good for a 4person family if there were some more cups and knifes. The flat is quite dark, but also not too hot. You can open the windows and feel safe. The surroundings are quiet. You can reach all sightseeing places in civitaveccia by foot, hop on the buses at castel angelo, and even go out in the evening for a good dinner and a stroll around Vatikan, Plaza Cavour, Campo di fiori and so on. Vatikan and Castel Angelo are really close. There are some glutenfree bakeries and safe dinner options around, which was important for us. We had a lovely stay.

Da haben wir schon schöner gewohnt

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Rom. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider konnte die Wohnung den guten Eindruck aus den Bildern des Inserats nicht bestätigen. Die Wohnung ist zwar sauber, aber lädt nicht wirklich zum verweilen ein. Sie ist zu dunkel und besonders die Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig. Uns hat es für eine Städtereise gereicht, weil wir nur zum schlafen in der Wohnung waren und uns nicht selbst versorgt haben. Aber einen längeren Urlaub möchte in einer solch dunklen Wohnung nicht verbringen. Der Service der Agentur war sehr gut.

Wunderschöne Tage mit 4 Kindern

Mit unseren 4 Enkeln ( 10,11,13 und 14 Jahre) haben wir wunderschöne Tage in Rom verbracht. Das Apartement liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse der historischen Altstadt wenige Schritte von der Engelsbrücke entfernt. In der oberen Etage der Wohnung hatten die Kinder ihren eigenen Bereich ( 2 große Zimmer mit einem eigenen Bad). Unser Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich war bequem und groß. Das Apartement ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, einschließlich Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, sowie sämtliche Küchengeräte. Herr Corsi ist sehr freundlich und ging auf Sonderwünsche - einchecken schon um 11h - ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank! Familie Ott

nice, friendly and great location but a bit worn-out

All in all, it is a well located, nice, but a bit worn-out apartment with an appropriate price. It is all right for a weekend trip with a small group/ two couples, etc. PRO: The apartment is very nicely located in the very centre of Rome (approx. half way between St Peter's Basilica and Colosseum), has a nice design and layout with nice old wooden ceilings in the first floor for example. The Host Alessandro was very friendly and helpful. The additionally offered airport transfer was good. CONTRA: The apartment is nice in general but a bit worn-out and would need some intensive polishing and replacement again. The bath/ shower were a bit mouldy and after a long shows a bit of water was dripping though the ceiling... Though, Alessandro mentioned that there is a plumbing issue which was not totally fixed when we arrived. Beside, the kitchen was disappointing and the dishes in the cupboard were quite dirty, whereupon we hardly used it during our stay anyway.

Tolle zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Einbahnstrasse sehr zentral. Alle Attraktionen im Zentrum sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung gut geschnitten. Leider hat sie kaum Tageslicht, aber wir waren meist unterwegs.

Ideal für eine Städtereise

Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral, nicht weit vom Corso Vittorio Emmanuele, der Engelsburg und der Chiesa Nuova entfernt, im Centro Storico. Man kann alles, insbesondere auch den Vatikan, Campo dei Fiori etc. gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ein Bäcker ist gleich in der Parallelgasse, ein Carrefour gleich ums Eck am Corso Vittorio Emmanuele. Wir haben den Abhol- und Bringservice vom und zum Flughafen, organisiert von unserem Vermieter, genutzt. Es hat wunderbar geklappt. Der Vermieter war, als wir ankamen da, hat uns alles erklärt und war für uns auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer erreichbar. Die Betten sind super und für unseren 4tägigen Aufenthalt war die Wohnung ideal. Wir haben uns wirklich total wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Für italienische Verhältnisse ist die Wohnung wirklich klasse. Mein Lieblingsrestaurant ist das Da Francesco Piazza del Fico, 29, 00186 Roma, Italien. Es liegt auf dem Weg zur Piazza Navona und ist von der Wohnung aus schnell zu erreichen.

Nice place!

Location is perfect! Close to everything but not a lot of tourist for traffic. About a 10 minute walk to anything we wanted to see. The apartment has very spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen.

Perfect location and space for our stay in Rome!

We had a great experience during our stay here. The location is surrounded by many restaurants and thrift stores we enjoyed exploring. It was also a short walk and/or Uber ride to the major places we wanted to visit during our time there and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was just what our group needed. Highly recommend booking here!

Right in the heart of Rome

We really enjoyed our stay in the Dali flat. It is so close to everything... 15 minutes walk to St. Peter's Basilica, 30 minutes to the Colosseum, 10-15 minutes to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona! I was delighted to find a Nasoni on the same block. The property manager was wonderful, arranging transportation to and from the airport, and telling us about the area. She quickly replaced the broken coffee machine and communicated well. The flat was a good size for our family, 2 adults and 3 teens. The decor was not the same as the listing pictures, but all of the beds were the same. It met our needs. My major concern was the mold growing on the walls in the upstairs bathroom. I hate to even mention it, because everything else was so great. We kept the door closed and exhaust fan going when not in use. The area felt safe and there are plenty of restaurants and a mini market 5 minutes away.

Highly recommend

Would highly recommend this property for 4 adults. Property is within a 30 min walk from all the main attractions. The property is located in a narrow alleyway which is used by cars, so there is some road noise, which could affect light sleepers!! Overall the property was excellent. We were met at the property by the lovely Benedetta, who gave us lots of recommendations of places to visit etc. We used a public taxi from the airport cost is 55 euro. Benedetta also booked our return taxi with IT taxi who were very good. Accommodation has everything you need for a short stay. Beds were comfortable and showers worked well. Maybe a change of towels would have been nice for a 4 day stay. My only complaint, and a minor one, was the creaking floor boards in the main bedroom!!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and it was a great location to walk to all the major sights. Easy communication and great recommendations. The only thing that could have made the place better would be a little more natural light but that is not possible in an older building on narrow streets. I would recommend this rental. Perfect for Families

The communication was excellent from the beginning and throughout the stay. The property manager even notified us that our flight to Rome had been switched to a different airport when the airline hadn't even notified us. They arranged for a van to pick us up at the airport and transport us to the property and met us at the property to give us a run down of everything in the apartment as well as all of the neighborhoods they recommended that we visit. The apartment was perfect for us family with 2 boys age 9 & 8. They had their own separate bed room with 2 twin beds and the master bedroom had a king size bed. The decor was fabulous and really made you feel at home in Rome. When we come back to Rome we will definitely look to stay here again! Absolutely perfect!

Cannot Beat the Location

Great place with everything you need to visit Rome. The location was fabulous… just a 10 minute walk to the Vatican and other attractions near the river, and easy access to the City transit buses. We had the best cappuccino and gelato of our visit at the coffee shop on the corner, about 150’ from the apartment.

Great Apartment and Location

As our connecting flight was canceled, I was very concerned that we would arrive too late. Benedetta waited for us and got us checked in at the late hour. She is very patient and personable. The apartment is as advertised - clean, comfortable and the location could not be any better. You are within walking distance to everything - no need for any transportation other than your feet. Whenever I’m able to return to Rome, I would make it a point to reserve this apartment.

Ubicación perfecta pero...

El apartamento es correcto en general pero las fotos creo que no se ajustan a la realidad: Los baños necesitan una reforma, en la ducha de abajo el agua sale con poca presión y en el baño de arriba el grifo esta dispuesto de tal manera que es muy complicado no llenar de agua toda la estancia. El sofá cama es muy lncomodo, una delas partes se separaba del resto del sofa y ha costado mucho dormir. Por otro lado, la cocina sirve para una emergencia, es pequeña y con menaje justo. Lo mejor es la ubicación, en el centro de Roma pero fuera del ruido, sólo por eso volveria a tepetir.

Best Trip Ever

I had my parents, 9 yr old daughter as well as my husband stay here for 5 days We called it "Our Home in Rome" We could not have asked for a more inviting stay. Benedetta was the BEST. Great location but

The property is in need of renovations. The location is fantastic and property manager is very helpful. But this property is far from luxury, so if you are okay with 3 star property book it but if you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere.
