Cozy and colorful, within walking distance of the Colosseum

This property is located on the fourth floor of a building built on the site of an old orchard - the olive tree in the courtyard is a testament to the area's long history. The decor also reflects this side of the Eternal City, mixing antique furnishings and contemporary details in a playful, unexpected way.

Once inside, you'll find a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave) where you can show off your cooking skills to prepare a meal from scratch using Rome's freshest ingredients (a small street market is within walking distance).

In the hallway you will find a large shoe rack and further down, the bathroom (featuring a bathtub with shower) and the washing machine. Please note that this machine doesn't have any drying options.

Down the hall to the left is the master bedroom with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers and to the right an archway leading into the living room. One of the two couches here is a comfortable double sofa bed that can sleep two people. This room also has a television with local channels.

Despite being so centrally located relative to the tourist routes, the windows are inward-facing, which makes San Giovanni in Laterano particularly quiet (and rich in natural light!).

This accommodation has independent heating and a free Wifi connection is offered to all guests. The air conditioning system is located in the living room and, due to the size of the apartment, can efficiently cool the entire property.
