Babuino Luxury - Large apartment Spanish step

Die Wohnung "Babuino LUXURY" wurde mit erlesenem Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail vollständig renoviert. Sie verfügt über Parkettböden in allen Räumen und eine große Dusche mit Chromotherapie in einem der beiden Badezimmer.



Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Via del Babuino im Tridente-Gebiet, 200 Meter von den Spanischen Treppen und der Via del Corso entfernt, nur wenige Schritte vom U-Bahnhof „Piazza di Spagna" (Linie A).



Babuino LUXURY ist eine geräumige 120 Quadratmeter große Wohnung mit hohen Decken, die sich im zweiten Stock eines eleganten Gebäudes mit Aufzug befindet. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer geräumigen Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett (180x200 cm), einem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett (180x190 cm) und einem dritten Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (160x190 cm).

Zwei vollständige Badezimmer mit Duschen, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit zwei Dreisitzer-Sofas und einem Tisch mit sechs Stühlen. Eine praktische Küche grenzt an das Wohnzimmer an.



Die Wohnung ist mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Elektroherd, Mikrowelle und allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen und Essen benötigt.



Alle Zimmer sind mit WLAN-Internet, Smart-TV, Klimaanlage / Heizung ausgestattet. Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern für alle Gäste ausgestattet.

    A perfect stay

    A perfect stay! The flat is very well located, in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Rome. The flat is modern and practically furnished, as can be seen in the photos on the internet. The assistance prior to the stay was very good. We only had a small problem on the day of departure at 11am to store our suitcases for a few hours. The storage near the Spanish Steps is very small and booked up very quickly. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

    Perfect to serve our purposes! Family of four with a busy sightseeing schedule! This apartment is a great location!It could use some updating on couches and beds, and adding blackout curtains would be helpful as the front bedroom was ‘bright’ even with shutters closed and the back bedroom was also bright from the courtyard and to use the AC, you couldn’t have long curtains pulled.Great to have washer, kitchen and 2 bathrooms!

    Amazing location, lots of space, but in need of a refresh

    I was so looking forward to our stay, and am disappointed it didn't live up to its "luxury" description. I stayed 8 nights at the end of Dec 2024 with my husband and two adolescent kids.The Good! First, the location. Equidistant between the Spanish Steps and the Piazza del Popolo, it's an amazing spot and you step out your door to wonderful food and shopping. You'll find yourself walking to Rome's incredible sights. Second, it's very spacious! 3 big bedrooms are an incredible perk in a city this jam packed. Third, communication with the property manager was superb. They connected with me on WhatsApp and had an open line of communication the entire trip. Fantastic.The Bad and The Ugly. It's like staying in your eccentric aunt's place rather than in a professionally managed apartment. There's a wild amount of jungle theme happening that's not in the photos - a stuffed iguana in the bedroom for instance? There are worn slipcovers on those pretty white couches shown in the pictures, the carpet is aged and appears dirty (although they mention it gets washed periodically), the showers are tiny, the handheld shower attachment is broken, and the ceiling plaster above one of them is cracking and starting to fall on the open drop ceiling. The main toilet's plumbing appears duct taped together. There's a new induction range in the kitchen, but otherwise things feel aged and in desperate need of a refresh. We got used to the quirks by the end, but sadly wouldn't stay here again.

    Billed as a luxury property and perhaps for a college student it would have been luxurious but not for adults expecting luxury. Tired furniture, not like the picture except for the bookcase and kitchen table. The entire place needed painting. Lamps not working or very usable. Master bright large room with a big bed but one sheet only and a tired bedspread Same in all the bedrooms. One nice bathroom, the other bathroom very small and needed some work and new fixtures. Needed nicer towels and linens Kitchen nicely appointed Great location

    Great location

    The apartment was in a great location for us, an easy walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain but not as crowded as the city center. We found some good restaurants in the neighborhood too. Communication was very good with the property owners, we were able to check in early and they arranged transportation to the airport.

Les placards sales, poussiéreux et encombrés par des tas de plaids ou couvertures sales La vaisselle grasse et sale 3 tasses à café pour un appartement de 6 personnes Idem pour les tasses de déjeuner Pas un verre identique Une casserole avec la poignée cassée Le four de la cuisine très sale Les tapis dans les douches pleins de moisissures La chambre sur rue très bruyante : les fenêtres ne sont pas isolantes Pire: le séjour aveugle sans fenêtre et une autre chambre sans fenêtre .     If you want to be in the city, this is an amazing location. It's a large apartment close to the Spanish Steps, LOTS of shopping and restaurants within walking distance, and the taxi stand is down the street. The apartment itself (although spacious) is rundown and cluttery. The carpet is in much need of replacement (very thin, no padding, and a lot of stains) and the walls need to be cleaned and painted. Overall, the apartment felt dingy.

    The property was tired and poorly finished and was not the luxury we expected. Fixing were broken, mouldy sealant and grout, stained carpets, fluctuating water temperatures and poor checkin process. The apartment and linen was generally clean and it was in a good location. It just needs to be advertised appropriately - remove the word luxury and recently rennovated!

    Overall, fabulous stay at the Babuino apartment. Plus points - speedy & helpful responses from property manager (even at the weekend), spacious apartment (5 adults in our group and plenty of space), great location in the fancy part of town (think designer stores). Bed 2 (double) has ensuite. Bath 1 has bath as well as shower. Smart TVs in main living space and bed 1 (not the other rooms). Negatives - apartment needs a little TLC however managing agent was very responsive and quick to fix things. Can be noisy at night (from internal courtyard and outside street). Overall, great apartment in central location.

    This apartment is very artful and spacious. Could not be a better location. Our experience with owner from beginning to end was great. Exceptional due to fact that I locked my purse in the unit with 3 hours prior to my take off to return to US, the owner made sure I got my purse quickly and made my flight with time to spare! Grazie!     This apartment is accurately described and located in the heart of Rome. You are a few minutes walk or a short taxi ride to everything. The Host responded quickly to all inquiries and the check in and check out process was easy.
