Antico Ceraso is an elegant villa located in the heart of the Castelli Romani Regional Park, just 30 km from Rome. Named after an ancient cherry tree (Ceraso) that once graced its verdant grounds, this stylish villa seamlessly combines modern comfort with the charm of the Roman countryside. Surrounded by a mature and shady garden, the villa features spacious interiors, stunning outdoor spaces and a beautiful swimming pool. Welcome additions include a gym, outdoor kitchen and play area. Its strategic location makes it an ideal base for exploring Rome, Frascati and the renowned food and wine culture of the Castelli Romani.

Interior:
The villa, approximately 500 sqm, is spread over three floors. GROUND FLOOR - Main entrance leading to the dining room, connected to the kitchen, and to the lounge area with sofas, armchairs, and fireplace; large windows and two French windows characterise the façade of the open-plan living area; guest bathroom; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub. FIRST FLOOR - Double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with tub; two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower); study. LOWER FLOOR - TV room; gym equipped with bench, multifunction station, treadmill, weights, and dumbbells; bathroom with shower; laundry room. Air conditioning in the bedrooms in the living area and in the tv room.
Park:
The fully fenced 3,000 sq m grounds offer total privacy and a rich array of plants, including oaks, maritime pines, olive trees, and colourful flowering plants like lavender, irises and camellias. Shaded areas, benches and relaxation corners provide serene spots to enjoy the garden’s natural beauty. A wooden gazebo houses an outdoor kitchen equipped with a marble counter, sink, and infrared barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. A children’s play area is shaded by large trees, there’s table tennis and games, as well as ample parking available for up to six cars.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, surrounded by greenery, is located on a slightly lower level than the house, about 40 m away, and can be reached via a gravel path, terracotta steps or lawn. Rectangular shape; dimensions 10 x 5 m with depth ranging from 1.45 m to 1.85 m; access via a step leading to an initial platform 45 cm deep; stone-effect PVC lining with travertine edging; chlorine purification; internal lighting; hydromassage with dedicated platform; automatic cover for child safety, keeping the pool clean and maintaining a pleasant water temperature in cooler months. Terracotta-paved pool terrace with sunbeds, swing, benches and umbrella; outdoor cold-water shower; dedicated pool bathroom. Open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
