Perfect location, very quiet, kitchen and bathroom so and so

Perfect location next to Camp dei Fiori. Apartment is very quiet and located in nice backyard with friendly neighborhood. The actual state of the apartment is not as good as on the pictures and it's not too well cleaned, several really dusty areas. Kitchen equipment is a bit old and shabby, the gas stove is not fully working, and - what's really a security concern - gas does not stop when it's not inflamed! Make sure to double check you turned off all cooking plates. The apartment is much darker than it seems on the photos. When using water the siphon got always drained and the bathroom became quite stinky from the canalization. Very good bed, relatively silent A/C. The transfer from the airport organized by "From Home to Rome" was a perfect limousine service and handover from the driver to the host at arrival in late evening worked like a charm. Please fix the over-complicated payment method. Two different payments in advance, rest in cash at arrival + damage deposit by credit card.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument formidable à Rome ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein centre-ville, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir la ville presque entièrement à pied. Malgré cet emplacement central, l’appartement est d’un calme remarquable — un véritable cocon de tranquillité après une journée de visites.Tout est accessible à pied : les restaurants, les sites historiques, les petites ruelles typiques… C’est vraiment un emplacement parfait pour profiter pleinement de Rome. L’appartement lui-même est très agréable, confortable, et parfaitement silencieux, ce qui est rare pour un logement aussi bien placé.Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Amazing studio apartment near Campo De' Fiori

My partner and myself stayed at this studio apartment for four nights. We had an amazing time! It was our first time in Rome, and the apartments amazing location allowed us to get practically everywhere by foot! It is 100 meters away from the Campo De' Fiori square and market during the day. Easy to self check-in, though the video was slightly misleading about how to open the gate. Maybe it needs to be updated. Overall, we had a marvelous time, the apartment was clean and warm when we arrived, plenty of hot water, clean sheets and towels. The espresso machine however, does not work.Perfect for a couple, and has room even for a couple with a small child. Thank you!

Excellent location

This was a tidy small apartment. perfect location to fit getting around old Rome. It was fairly quiet, despite how close it was to Campo di' Fiore. The kitchen was very small, but adequate, if you were planning on eating out all the time. It could have used a few more kitchen items to make it easier to use. The shower was fine, pull out couch was more comfortable than the bed, and plugs were few and far between. Overall, it worked for the few days we were in Rome.

Great spot!

I love this property. Charming spot in a great area. The only reason it doesn’t get five stars for me is it is a little challenging to get to on check in as a cab/uber can’t bring you right there and there is no elevator so the stairs are a must. Secondly it sounds silly but the pillows on the bed were terrible. For a few bucks they could have great pillows which would allow for a much better nights rest. Both my partner and I slept very poorly due to this simple thing. This flat is close to everything you want to see though and has a fantastic charm. Almost five stars!

Great Location

We were just steps away from Compo De Fiore and it was located very central to all other places we wanted to visit. 3 flights of stairs to get to your apartment, which wasn’t an issue but good to know with luggage. Quiet courtyard neighborhood. Great communication with property manager. Would probably stay again.

This property is in a good location and has a nice market in the plaza. The place was sufficient. The air conditioner was not working properly, one of the nights we had to shut it off because of the noise. Sara was prompt to check it, but it couldn’t be fixed that night. It says second floor, but keep in mind, Europe starts with ground so it is three flights of stairs.

Right near the heart of Campo de Fiori

Great rental, cute, secure location. Self-check in. Close to lots of restaurants, shops, the outdoor market. Air conditioning worked great which we were grateful for after spending each day out in the hot sun!! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because we accidentally locked ourselves out of the rental right before leaving and tried calling the rental company quite a few times with no answer... they finally did answer but I had already contacted a locksmith at the point so I had to pay him for coming out, even though the cleaning people were able to get us in. Don't lock yourself out and you'll have a 5 star experience!!!

Perfect location near a great piazza and great restaurants. The only negative was the bed is upstairs and bathroom down stairs so navigating stairs in the middle of the night is a little difficult and the air conditioner stopped working the last night we were there but they said they would look into it the next day.

Love the location!

Fabulous location! Campo dei Fiori is a wonderful location and this property is steps away from the vibrant main square. Felt very safe and the apartment was quiet. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor and you have to enter the charming complex through a locked gate. Had everything we needed for a 4 day stay in Rome.

Great spot for exploring Roma

My wife and I stayed here for a week. Property is clean and easy to access. Small, but ideal for two people who weren't looking to spend much time in our room anyway. Location just off Campo di Fiori is absolutely ideal for exploring all of the old city on foot. We loved our stay here, would highly recommend.

Overall a very nice place

The apartment was in the perfect location and was nice and clean. No complaints there. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that there were a few issues/confusions over payment with the property manager (and partially with VRBO, too). When we first made a reservation, we were told the City Tax had to be paid in cash on arrival. That was fine. After we made the reservation, we started getting various, mixed messages from the property manager about payments... First, we were told not only the City Tax had to be paid in cash, but also the Damage Deposit. Ultimately, the City Tax, Cleaning Fee, Damage Deposit, AND the entire balance owed for the room all had to be in cash. This alarmed us since it wasn't communicated on VRBO prior to booking the reservation and VRBO won't protect any payments made in cash. We called VRBO, and they were helpful in contacting the property manager to ask them to send us an invoice so we can pay online by credit card. Eventually it was fixed where we only paid the City Tax and Cleaning Fee in cash, but paid for the balance on the room and Damage Deposit on credit card upon arrival. But it took 6 calls to VRBO/property manager to get it done. Part of this confusion was because when VRBO would contact the property manager, the property manager would say, "yes, we'll create an invoice online and send it to them". So we would wait for a day, and no invoice would arrive and we'd call again. This happened several times. If the property manager said from the start, "no, we won't issue the invoice online, but you can pay by credit card and VRBO protects those payments even though it's not paid through their website", it would have saved a lot of time and back and forth. Instead, they kept stringing us along by saying an invoice was coming, but not sending it. So while the apartment and location were great, I would be careful about payments. Don't pay in cash and don't be afraid to get VRBO involved and be persistent.
