„Four of us (two adults and two grown kids) stayed for five nights over the holiday weekend. The location of this property right on the Duck/Southern Shores boundary was just great. Sunset views of the bay were great and the ocean was a short walk or drive away. The property was very clean. We are used to renting homes that are a little more lived in, so the lack of games and puzzles (and basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper) threw us a bit. „Overall impression was great! The location was perfect, off the main highway but, close enough that you could walk to shops and restaurants. Beach location and access was great! I appreciate the fact the toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo and conditioner, were available! Coffee and creamer along with teas made it easy! „Unfortunately, the host did not respond to questions i asked immediately after booking in a timely fashion which created a HUGE misunderstanding and unnecessary stress and conflict. Sent 4 messages the day i booked and one the morning of arrival and didn't receive a response to my specific inquiries until close to check in. Very disappointing experience. “
