„Wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Poollandschaft. (Besonders für Kinder). Sehr saubere, großzügige Zimmer. Tolles Frühstück für USA Verhältnisse. Einzig der Concierge war wenig hilfreich auf die Frage, was man in Pigeons Forge mit Kindern unbedingt mal machen sollte. “

„I had a reservation through Expedia for 3 nights unfortunately I got sick running a fever had to check out early When I checked out I told the hotel clerk why I had to check out early. I asked for a receipt he told me I’d have to get it from Expedia I asked again and he refused to give any documentation So Apple Valley Inn refused to give me a refund for having to check out early because of my illness That’s cold hearted. Thanks for nothing Apple Valley Inn“

„First let me say the condo was nice. But it really is not a resort. No lobby, no pool, no hot tub, no outside sitting area. Only has 2 small areas about 4ft x 10 or 12ft long with a piece of workout equipment at each end. So I guess the $30 per night resort fee is for that!! Condo pictures show extra chair in living room and bar stools there was neither only a sofa. Bathrooms are small with only showers which have rain fall heads with no handheld wond so not the best for showering. Masterbath ...

„Spacious room with kitchen and balcony. Enjoyed the fire pit too.“

„Sehr hübsche und gepflegte Motelanlage. Neue Fenster mit Fliegengitter und Gardinen, hat man eher selten. Beim Reinigen wurde sogar gesungen, liebe Grüße an Cyntia. Hinter dem Motel im Garten ist ein Grillplatz mit Sonnenschirm. Alles sehr sauber und alle sehr freundlich!!!“

„Great location . Staff was nice and helpful . Typical breakfast. Room was small but had hot water !“

„I think it’s a great place to stay. Convenient location near most things to do. The place was clean and the staff was friendly.“

„This is our 2nd experience with an obvious assignment inferior if booked through a 3rd party such as Expedia. The place was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again but not book through a 3rd party.“

„Sehr ruhiges und doch zentrales Hotel. Dollywood mit dem Auto ca. 5 min. Freundliches Personal“

„We stayed on the first floor. We had a door at the back of the room that opened to a beautiful view of the river. Lots ducks.“

„We came with our friends and reserved 2 rooms. 3 people per room. Our friends wanted double queen beds but got a king bed with a couch which didn't really work for them. They had to contact the front desk multiple times to get extra set of linens and a blanket for the couch so one of the kids could sleep on it. Our room had 2 queen beds but the linens on one of the beds looked like they were never changed from previous guests. There was black chunks of fabric and lint all over it. At least we ...

„⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ashridge at Smith Creek Resort exceeded every expectation! If you’re looking for an upscale getaway in the Smoky Mountains, this is it. The resort truly has everything you could want. The pool and lazy river are absolutely incredible and create the perfect place to relax, while the cabins are beautifully designed, luxurious, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. „The place is awesome! We really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice, very clean, lots of amenities and fun things to do. Also close to the main road so convenient to Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend.“

„Staff was very sweet!! It was very quite! Room was what you paying for, cheap for three nights and was only way we got to come this year so no complaints on the room. We enjoyed and for the price and peacefulness it brought will stay again.“
