"Best hotel I had so far in japan. Let’s start with transfer from Shin-Osaka to the hotel. There is a little shuttle driving every 20 minutes from Shin-Osaka to the hotel and back - for free. You can use the shuttle also while you are staying there. Only limitation: Only 9 People can jump in the shuttle. The check-in was very warm and friendly. The room was fantastic: - Working air-condition - Very clean and bright room - You have a separate room / floor for shower and toilet. - There is also a washing and drying machine on the room - so we could wash our clothes in a private machine. - You can cook inside the room in the little kitchen-space - You have also a microwave and a refrigerator and freezer The housekeeping did also an excellent service.
