"Best hotel I had so far in japan. Let’s start with transfer from Shin-Osaka to the hotel. There is a little shuttle driving every 20 minutes from Shin-Osaka to the hotel and back - for free. You can use the shuttle also while you are staying there. Only limitation: Only 9 People can jump in the shuttle. The check-in was very warm and friendly.
