„Payton was a perfect host - communicative and attentive. The basement flat is just as advertised. The bed is comfy and the Nespresso is a treat! The neighborhood is quaint and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the arboretum and The Canal. If your visit includes a Sunday, the Ballard Market is a must! Because it is a basement flat, there is some overhead noise and parking is first come, but we didn’t have any problems.“

Leider kann man halt echt Pech mit seinen Mitbewohnern haben, denn die Wände sind dünn wie Papier und wenn sich nicht an Ruhezeiten gehalten wird und man etwas nachsichtig miteinander umgeht, dann ist es einfach nur laut und störend. We plugged our phone charger in and the cord was so hot it could hardly be touched. Tryed another outlet to see if it was the charger or the outlet. The charger was fine in the other outlet. The evening brought strange snaps or some sound from that outlet. Thought you should know, so you can get it checked for safety. It made me feel uneasy. Thank you. “
