I have stayed at this property many times. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.
The only one issue I had this time was a very strong mildew smell in the room each day. I’ve had this experience before at this property. Hope there is a way staff can fix this issue. Also, for the past several years I have been staying here, there is always an issue with the window blinds. Somehow, after you lower the blinds, it is almost always difficult to pull them up and open again.
Not criticizing, just trying to give helpful feedback so the issues might be corrected.
