The front desk customer service is really unprofessional, I have been to all over the world that I have never meet the service like this , very unacceptable!!
This hotel offer free wifi and primier wifi , but the web page might lead you to click to premier one accidentally.
When I checked out , the front desk said to me that we click 3 times , we showed her that we have never used that and our setting always shows free WiFi , and we didn’t even have to log in after the first day check in .
She said even it shows free WiFi on your setting , once you had click that bottom and even you click out right away , we have to charge you !!
My roommate tried to tell her that we had never used that , then this front desk tried to show her how to make this mistake ..
So you know it will be happening so easy ? Then you told me regardless if we used it , regardless the setting wifi shows that we are not link with your premier wifi , we will still have to pay and for three days ???
We stayed for 4 nights , we went out of the hotel for excursion 2 days whole day .. then she insisted to ask us to pay ???
This is just a ripe off , and I have never know that you have to pay the service that you didn’t get !!
We end up to pay cause our driver was waiting by the entrance and she repeated what she said that even you don’t use it , you have to pay ..
I told her that I won’t be back and I’ll give here bad review , she was still repeat the same words ..
she was ruining my vacation at the very last
