The unit had a noticeable roach problem, which was both unpleasant and concerning. The biggest frustration was the checkout process. Guests are expected to clean up before checkout, including washing dishes and taking out the garbage. The only dumpster was located at the East Tower while we were staying in the West Tower, requiring extra time ...

„This was a great place for us and we intended to return in 2 years. We are crossing our fingers that it is still available then! We were particularly interested in the place since it’s close to the nearby amazing beaches (and of course its own beach), but it was also a nice enough distance from San Juan and was close enough for our day trip to Arecibo. „Was moved 2x due to no running water in initial unit, this was before the alternating water schedule, gave me 4 gallons of water to do everything. At second unit, tv in bedroom did not turn on, wifi was on and off. At third unit there was no wifi. Kept getting told they would look into it, but never worked at the end. It was a very disappointing experience overall“
