There were some pros and cons about the stay, but the pros outweigh the cons and some of the cons have to do with the property itself. The biggest pro was the view of the ocean. We had plenty of room for the two of us in the condo which had good blankets and plenty of pillows for us. The beach was great and the umbrella and chair rentals right on the beach in front were very reasonably priced. ...

The place was spotless when we arrived and was well stocked with lots of beach towels, beach gear and a wonderful back patio. „Pelican Reef was a quiet and beautiful place to spend a few days in Rincon. The view is unmatched! Grilling and eating meals overlooking a 180-degree view of the ocean was spectacular.
