„We just had one night booked, but we showed up 2 days later than planned due to some issues with the flights. We reached out to the hotel (when it was already too late to change the reservation) and with the help from Valeria from Marriot Reservations/Front desk and the chat on Hotels.com, we managed to move our reservation by 2 days without the additional cost. „Staff was fantastic and the room and amenities were great. This location is close to many eateries and popular locations. The free popcorn at the pool was delicious and a nice touch. The coffee in the lobby was good.The only thing that wasn't good was the Marijuana smell that seeped into my room and gave me a headache. The room had no, no smoking signs. “

„The location of the hotel was pretty good and it was close to many good restaurants and the beach. However, the rooms were surprisingly dirty and both beds in my room had blood stains and signs of bedbugs on the blankets and mattresses. After asking them to clean it up and change the blankets, they simply just flipped the blanket upside down thinking it would no longer be noticed.
