„Not sure how Expedia can advertise a property like this one! It’s outdated and dirty; there is not value for money. There is no registration of guests, no cleaning of rooms and I had to chase the only employee for clean towels. I expect Expedia will reimburse me for the nights I had to stay at a different hotel. Very disappointed! “

„Amazing property! Well located walking distance to restaurants and grocery store about 12 minutes or you can use the bikes. Very clean and well appointed apartment. I also enjoyed the pool every afternoon and used the BBQ. Will definitely recommend Abbey del Sol and would love to stay again.

„Large group of extended family, we spent a week in this lovely home. We enjoyed most everything about the house. Everything was exceptionally clean well organized anything that had any problem was immediately addressed. The location is next to an adults only resort and a bit away from the beach activity. But cabs and Ubers are plentiful if you’re not up for a walk. “

„We have stayed in this unit at Casita Blanca twice now, and will no doubt do it again. The unit is spacious and perfect for family hangouts. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of space for everyone. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to make meals. The view of the sunrise over the ocean in the morning is gorgeous, and the walk into town for dinner or groceries is an easy one. Communication with the management team is quick and helpful.“

"Very nice property, good food and nice drinks. Little golf carts help navigate around.
I upgraded to Platinum and I loved the butler service. The team has been so accommodating. Aromatherapy, dinner reservations, pickups, etc. - I can highly recommend it!
Didn‘t like all the fees that came with it, but overall I find it was worth the money. "

"Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig! Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde das Hauptrestaurant ohne Vorankündigung geschlossen. Es gibt zwar weitere Restaurants die aber für Kinder eher ungeeignet sind. SPA Preise sind unverhältnismäßig. Das Resort Guthaben kann nur in Verbindung mit weiteren Zahlungen verwendet werden.....alles in allen zwar ein schöner Aufenthalt aber mit einigen negativen Eindrücken."

"Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 10 Tage in diesem wundervollen Resort.
Vom ersten Moment der Begrüßung bis zum täglichen Essen war der Service und das Personal hervorragend. David als Animateur hat immer für ein Lachen gesorgt, die Kinder eingebunden, obwohl ihr Englisch noch nicht so gut ist.
Ana - Weltbeste Tacos! Padi & Graciella for all the Drinks und Hilfe im Restaurant . Abends ist das Restaurant Rodeo zu empfehlen, dort könnem Alejandro & Javier Wünsche von den Augen ablesen und die besten Vorschläge für Drinks und Nachtische machen. Einfach hervorragend!!!
Jeder ist total nett, höflich und zuvorkommend, ein Traum und Oase zum wohlfühlen.
Lediglich der Strand war voll mit Seegras und der Wasserdruck der Dusche war zu gering.
Aber bei solch einem tollen Personal verliert sich die Beeinträchtigung.
Vielleicht könnte noch etwas für ältere Kids ins Animationsprogramm aufgenommen werden bzw. angeboten werden? Vielleicht was sportliches?
