„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “

„Tolle Lage mit großen Zimmern. Jederzeit wieder.“

„Love this place.. super clean and convenient location.“

„Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.“

„We loved our stay! The place is very spacious, super clean, and perfectly located in Old San Juan. It was perfect for our family of five. We truly recommend this place!“

I had to boil a kettle so my Husbund could shave the kitchen area is great but too many small things are missing the coffee in the urn in the morning is welcome but lacking in creamers. To make things worse the room we booked was not available to us and we had to take a smaller room even though we paid for the library suite. No mention of a refund for the inconvenience the ...

Danke!!!“
