The hotel caters to adults - couples. It is not family-friendly. Staff is clearly annoyed by larger families and children. Service is nonexistent, especially in the restaurant. We spend 2 hours on breakfast - first - waiting to be seated, then waiting that the order will be taken, and finally - for the food to be brought. There were several couples who were seated after us, and they all received food way before us. Breakfast vouchers included 2 drinks per person. When chilren ordered 2 juices - the waiter was very annoyed and said it was too much juice, and he can't remember everything we ordered. Either train your staff to work with families or clearly state that it is an adult-only hotel. Cute idea to use the vintage building with rich history, but with that come outdated amenities, mold, etc. Cleanliness is average. Location is great - in the middle of old town, but it is very-very noisy, with people yelling and singing outside until very late, and taxis cannot reach hotel - so you have to walk with your suitcases a couple of blocks
