„Reasonable“

„I have always had good experiences staying here in the past, but this visit was highly disappointing. I was given the wrong room type, and although the space appeared clean, wiping up a small kitchen spill left my rag completely covered in dirt. To make matters worse, the parking garage was full, forcing visitors to park four and a half blocks away and wait for a shuttle in a very uncomfortable environment with people yelling profanities in the street. I ended up parking on a side street and ...

„Property was well maintained. The shower had poor pressure and the shower head appeared to be defective inthat only part of it dispersed a small amount of water.“

„It was advertised as a new property, but was obviously refurbished. There were scuff marks and paint chips and sloppy finishing work. The other issue was the noise. The pounding, bumping and banging from the unit above us sounded like a herd of elephants.“

„Das Motel ist in einem guten Zustand. Unser Zimmer war genügend gross und mit zwei bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut geschmeckt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Dame an der Rezeption, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, bietet das Motel ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.“

„Great experience here. The king bed was uncomfortable though.“

„This is my go to hotel when visiting Rochester! Perfect for families, lots of room space and breakfast is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend!“

„This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there.“

„The staff was helpful, the only issue I had was I asked for my room to be made up one day and housekeeping brought in fresh towels, but didn’t make the bed. The location was convenient for what I needed it for. The breakfast in the morning was decent. Would definitely stay here again.“

„2 nights at this motel, 2 different rooms. The first one was great. The 2nd one was room 245 and has some issues. Water damage on the ceiling near the window. Some of the outlets are worn so they don't stay plugged in especially the ones in the nightstand lamp where you need to plug in your phone. The shower head is very wobbly and should be secured.“

„Klimaanlage zu laut“

„this hotel was very accessible to Mayo Clinic and the staff was very nice and helpful even when we had to stay another night after we checked out. Very reasonable and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was OK :)“
