This wonderful condo is located minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and in the Whispering Pines Condo development!

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Pigeon Forge, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Pigeon Forge, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Coffee maker is a regular drip coffee maker. (bring coffee)

The condo is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator.

The outdoor pool and lazy river usually open around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool and lazy river usually close at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Perfect place

We so much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed with a homey feel. Very conveniently located. The entire complex was very clean. Communication with Chris the host was great. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the beautiful Smokey Mountains.

Pigeon Forge

This condo was very nice. It is in a very convenient location but still quiet. The bathroom was good and we liked the washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We used the hot tub which is within the indoor pool building right next to the condo. The bedroom didn't have a lot of extra space but the bed was comfortable. I would have liked to have pool towels provided or be told ahead of time there aren't any available. The fitness room in the pool building was nice but it didn't open until 9 AM which was less convenient for my husband. The outdoor pool was closed but we knew that ahead of time. The kitchen had the essentials and the condo was very clean. Also, there was great communication with the property manager.

Great Location

My son and I had our annual mother/son getaway and this location was in less than a 15 minute drive from so much entertainment. We had two day passes to Dollywood and were able to leave the park, come back and relax and return to the park later for more fun! The pool is just around the corner which is fantastic when you have an energetic kid needing to swim all of the time. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Pigeon Forge Gem

Great Location for everything Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinberg/National Park but still very quiet. Very clean with nice little unique touches to be very welcoming. Pool and Hot Tub literally in the building right next to the unit which made for a great way to end the evening after a long day out. Ample close parking. The only issue we had was the inability to connect the bedroom tv to WiFi which really wasn’t an issue for us and after informing the host- he offered to send someone to fix it but we told him no need just wanted to inform him for the next guest. Great communication.

Spacious and Clean Condo

This unit was as pictured and very clean. Everything worked well—coffee maker, shower, HVAC, etc. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. The only issue was that the unit was right above the dumpsters, the trash truck came 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, at 4:30 am Thursday morning and 5:30 am Saturday morning. And it was loud both times. So if we stay again I think we’d try to get a unit further from the dumpsters. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and we had easy access to the room. Our owners were in contact with us after we arrived to make sure everything was OK. We were also very close to all of the restaurants, shows, and mall. It was very quiet. Would stay there again.

Another great stay

This is our second time staying at this resort with this host. The first time was in #331 and this time was in #321. The units have been constantly clean and stocked with enough supplies to have a pleasant experience. The location is amazing and very close to Dollywood, the shows and right across street from The Old Mill. The complex has two great pools, 2 hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor) and a nice lazy river. It has been mentioned about the 4am trash trucks.. We did not experience it this time around. Yes they can be rather loud due to it. being an end unit not far from dumpster location but they came sound 7:30am during our stay. This is a much cheaper and much more comfortable place to stay as opposed to a hotel which is far more costly and far less private.

Nice condo!

The property is nice and close to everything. The condo is nice with comfortable furniture. We had a cleaning issue that was taken care of promptly. The pools and the hot tubs were very nice. The one thing we did not know about is the dumpster being dumped. It is in a terrible location for this condo. They dump every day at 4:00-4:15 a.m. So for five mornings we were awakened. The last morning the back up beeping continued for longer than normal. The dumpster needs to be moved or the pickup time changed. For this reason only, I would not stay there again.

Wonderful condo

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The location was right off the strip. We enjoyed time spent on the deck in the morning. It was peaceful and quiet. It was only up one flight of stairs but there is also an elevator to use. We were too busy to use any of the pools but it is a nice amenity. The condo supplied everything we needed. The hosts communicated quickly and were friendly.
