„The heat wouldn’t stay set. Everyday we had to set it then come in and reset . Light switches wouldn’t work right. Back shower water never got hot . Electrical plug in first bedroom needs to be fastened into wall, near dresser. Back bedroom you couldn’t open the closet. Door wouldn’t slide on carpet. A ice maker would be nice. Location is great . “

„We very much enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family. Nice and quiet but still close to all the action on the main strip in Pigeon Forge. Loved the deck facing the hills in the beautiful weather. The birds were always singing. Definitely would stay again if we get back to the area.“

„The room was very nice, we enjoyed our stay. The location was nice because we were close to everything we were wanting to do. Gatlinburg was close and thw traffic was low which is a big plus. „We always try to get this condo because we've stayed at allot of places and this is by far our favorite. Everything has been clean and neat. Perfect location, private, away from busy street but yet in walking distance If you want to stroll the strip. Love the balcony over the flowing water. Probably our favorite part! „Our stay in the condo was near perfect. The location is great. Right on the strip, but quiet with a view of the stream. We even saw a Bald Eagle just off the balcony! The place was roomy and efficient, comfortable. Near Dollywood, The Old Mill, The Island, but as I mentioned, incredibly quiet. We weren’t aware anyone else was around, even on NY Eve. It was everything we wanted and more. “
