„I liked everything about the hotel, the only thing I didn't like was the location of room 204. Since you can hear everything that happens in the lobby.“

„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “

„Love this place.. super clean and convenient location.“

„Tolle Lage mit großen Zimmern. Jederzeit wieder.“

„Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.“

„Gut renoviertes Hotel ohne eigenen Stromgenerator wie rundum üblich.“

„We stayed 6 nights in October. Check-in was easy, they sent a code for the door al. The place was a good base for our trip around San Juan.“

„The property is beautiful but there are many items that need attention there is NO hot water in the shower or the basin. I had to boil a kettle so my Husbund could shave the kitchen area is great but too many small things are missing the coffee in the urn in the morning is welcome but lacking in creamers. To make things worse the room we booked was not available to us and we had to take a smaller room even though we paid for the library suite. No mention of a refund for the inconvenience the ...
