A $75 Damage Protection Fee is applied to each reservation, covering accidental property damages up to $150.

🪪 Guest Verification Requirements

To comply with local regulations and ensure property security, all guests are required to complete our verification process within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day reservations).

• Building Requirement: For building security and registration purposes, the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the full reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, the accompanying guest who is 21+ must be the one to book the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and stay at the property for the entire reservation.



Process: You will be asked to upload a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, and sign our rental usage agreement. Where applicable, a standard background check may be required.



Important: Check-in instructions will be withheld until verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not meet verification criteria. All data is securely used only for screening and is never stored or shared.



🐾 Pet Policy & Fees

Pets are welcome with prior approval! Please be upfront about your furry companions before arrival to avoid booking cancellation. The following pet cleaning fees apply:



1–4 Nights: $35 per day (per pet)

5–29 Nights: $250 flat fee (per pet)

30+ Nights: $400 flat fee (per pet)
