Unplugging, removing batteries, covering, or disabling any safety or monitoring device will result in an immediate fine of $250 per incident. These devices are installed in accordance with Airbnb’s safety guidelines and are in place solely to ensure guest safety and maintain neighborhood peace. 《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. ➤$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10 am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.
《 GARBAGE 》 Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor. Garbage is not to accumulate in the unit and is not to be disposed of anywhere else in the building and community amenities. Be sure to breakdown all boxes and seal all bags. Soiled trash, like pizza boxes, cannot be recycled. The trash cans in the parking garage and amenity spaces are for loose trash only.
