We do not offer on-site parking; however, there are paid parking options available nearby, including on surrounding streets within close proximity.
Guest Verification
• To comply with property and security requirements, guests may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID, confirm contact details, and complete our secure verification process. In some cases, a background check may be required.

Before Check-In
By completing your reservation, you agree to:
• Follow the rental terms and house rules
• Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in
• Complete our guest verification portal (check-in instructions may be released after verification)
• Undergo a background check if required by management
• Verification details must be submitted within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day reservations). Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed.
Pets
• Pets are allowed depending on size. Please notify us in advance.
• Pet Cleaning Fees (per pet):
– 1–4 nights: $35 per day
– 5–29 nights: $250
– 30+ nights: $400
• Please treat the space with care. If any issues arise during your stay, we’ll do our best to resolve them quickly.
