The host was very responsive. The pictures of the interior were very accurate however that's where the good things stopped. When we pulled into the neighborhood there were old couches and trash in the road. There were trash cans tied across the front of the unit. It was an older, rundown neighborhood. When we got into the unit itself, the beds were well made,and very comfortable and the AC was great,however this owner is not up to the standard of any of the VRBO's we have stayed at. While not being able to control the exterior of the unit, can be understood, much more effort can be made on the interior .The refrigerator was dirty with the door shelves were held together by bread bag twisties. No ice trays. The dishwasher was filthy so we never used it. There were no cooking utensils, like baking pans, sharp knives, pots. It almost felt that everything was just random things left behind. Be prepared to bring supplies. The price point for this listing is spot on for what it offers. Just make sure you set your expectations when booking .
