„We had a great stay, we had all we needed and buses to NYC were close.“

„I was in Hoboken to attend a conference at Stevens. The apartment's location is great, very short walking distance to both Washington St. and Stevens. The communication with AJ was perfect, he was very helpful. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you need, even though it was a little old. I recommend to bring earplugs as the fridge and the outside are rather noisy at night. Would book again for the next conference!“

„Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us.
