„Hotels like this one damages the hospitality industry in the USA. I should be renovated completely. Phones were not working and most of the buttons on the key pad were missing, roaches under the sink in the bathroom, night stands did not have handles or were missing screws, tv remote could only turn on tv and only provided on channel to watch, . I couldnt take a shower after my wife showered because only hot water was coming. So I came back home after one whole day at the hotel. No breakfast, ...

„We stayed here last week to attend a wedding. The room was clean; however, I took a shower and the water would not stop running. We had to call maintenance and they disassembled the faucet which then took 24-hrs to repair so we were without a shower. “

„Parking was spacious. All the Yorktown attractions were very close. The staff were attentive .“

„Overall a good hotel with many facilities and activities to choose from close by. Suggestions to improve: please add some freshly cooked meals to the breakfast containing mainly instant ones. Some scrambled eggs or even just ham/cheese and fresh tomatoes would be great. “

„Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and the amenities are nice. We had a bathroom door that didn't close properly, a pullout sofa without the proper bedding in the unit, and the beds were hard and not comfortable ( personal preference here). But it was clean and offered the space a family needs.“

„It was terribly inconvenient that the hot water went out on Saturday around 2pm and wasn’t fixed by checkout the next day. We had a wedding to attend. No hot water.“

„Alt, abgenutzt, dreckig, eklig. Wir sind direkt wieder weg. Die Empfangsdame schlief, als wir ankamen. Das Zimmer stank nach Reinigern, im Bad lag noch der Rasierer vom Vorgänger, Haare im Bett. Das Zeit Zimmer war nicht besser und jemand hatte darum geraucht. Widerlich! Dem Personal war es auch sehr peinlich und hat uns problemlos wieder ausgecheckt.“

„Glad only stayed one night. Pics are deceiving. Bed sheets had holes in them. Tears in the chairs. No night stands. Bathroom door had holes in them. Will not stay there again. Not the hotels fault on this but.. Had a disturbance that had 3 cop cars show up in the parking lot to calm down a irrate woman.“
