„We stayed here on our way back home from a longer trip to give my daughter something to look forward to. The room was cute. The staff at the hotel, water park and magic shop were so sweet. We had the best time. Can't wait to go back. Everything was clean and safety seemed very important to the staff. I've always been reluctant to give it a try but really really pleased as a family destination “

„It was okay but we had to move rooms because the first smelt really bad. The pool had a nice size but way too much chlorine. Our eyes were burning without even going under water. Rooms are really dark and you could tell it’s not a new hotel. Staff really nice. “

„Colonial houses are an opportunity to stay right in the midst of historic Williamsburg . The location could not be any more convenient. We stayed at Brick House Tavern on the second floor. The bed was comfortable and the room nicely decorated. However the rooms were last updated about 30-40 years ago estimating by the fixtures, etc. The rooms rates are reasonable based on location but are not reasonable based on the out of date locks (old fashioned brass keys) , bathroom plumbing and scarcity ...

„Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff! Our room was spacious and we were able to have our dog with us. They even have a pet station outside for convenience. We really enjoyed the pool as well. Only thing that could have been a bit better was the air. It was quite loud and would wake me each time it’s came on. I imagine that is probably unique to our room but thought I would mention it. Very grateful to the staff for an enjoyable stay!“

„Overall a good hotel with many facilities and activities to choose from close by. Suggestions to improve: please add some freshly cooked meals to the breakfast containing mainly instant ones. Some scrambled eggs or even just ham/cheese and fresh tomatoes would be great. “

Gang zum Zimmer warm und feucht, Teppich unsauber. Im Bad klebten lange, schwarze Haare an Decke und Türrahmen. Desolater Zustand des Kühlschrankes. Klimaanlage beschädigt, roch verschmort. Fenster notdürftig geklebt. Sehr unsauber. Frühstücksbufett äussert verschmutzt. Tische werden nicht gereinigt, Schränke am Bufett von ...
