Apartment needs upgrading in certain ways - bedroom door has a dent, laundry room door eroding, dining chairs kept having screws fall out, making them unusable. Was not stocked enough with kitchen items such as rags, scrub brushes and soaps in the bathrooms. It might need to be used more, being that in the first 2 days, several remotes had batteries go out, 2 light ...

„On long stays, we prefer a home as opposed to a hotel. This one was perfect. Exactly as described, secure parking, all of the amenities of home. Miguel, the host's representative, very pleasant, accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. The property owner was also very quick to respond questions and was able to book our dates on very short notice (in about 24-48 hours)...we tend to just up and go for holiday. haha. Overall..Excellent, as the title says!!“

„The view in this apartment is spectacular. You can hear the waves even with doors closed. Every room has a sea view. The beds are huge & quite comfortable. It is steps to Larcomar Shopping Center. There are plenty of parks, restaurants, pharmacies & convenient stores within walking distance. There is an in-house housekeeper who is such a delight. She cleans everyday & never bothered us. „This unit could not be better located. It is centrally located to walk everywhere (restaurants, shopping, parks,....) in the Miraflores area. We always felt safe.It is well stocked with household supplies. The lack of a/c was never an issue except to help reduce city noise & grime.We could not have had a better host and building manager to help us with day to day questions. Very responsive!“

„My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was walking distance to grocery store/small plaza, el metropolitano bus station, and several excellent restaurants. "This time we booked a Colonial Room. Number 231. It was disgusting because the plumbing is obviously old. It stank the whole time like sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. And the only window opens on the Gallery so that everybody walks by your room and has perfect views unless you keep the curtains closed all the time. Pay attention to what you book. Several days ago we had a superior room and it was great. Nothing comparable to the Colonial rooms. The staff was amazing like at our first stay. Very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great and the distance to the main square is unbeatable."
