„This is a lodging experience like no other. Located a 10 minute walk from the town of Ollantaytambo, it’s nestled in a eucalyptus forest alongside the roaring Urubamba River. Very secure, behind stone walls, locked gates and with the adorable, loyal “guard dog” Beethoven . we stayed in the glass pyramid (watch your head climbing in) and kept pinching ourselves in disbelief of where we were! „We had 7 people each with own bedroom and bath which was great. Nothing fancy but well worth the price for 2 nights to acclimate before 4 day hike. Great location close to plaza, lots of great restaurants around. Place was cold. There was a heater that didn’t work so they brought another. Large space heater didn’t get warm upstairs. Water pressure a problem, make sure you understand the water situation before showering! But management very attentive and there to help and answer questions.“

„The house is simply beautiful. It's tastefully decorated, blending modern touches with Inca-style elements that give it a truly special energy. "The hotel is located directly on a street with relatively heavy traffic. Our room was on the fifth floor facing this street. However, we did not hear any street noise. The room was large and clean. The shower was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was extensive and had a good quality. Items were always replenished as needed. The hotel's short distance to the promenade was very good. It can be reached in five minutes. "

"Top Hotel, sehr historisches Ambiente, sehr komfortable Betten, top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Die Badewanne dürfte für 5 Sterne auch gern größer sein, als nur zum duschen. Frühstück ist auch nicht ganz 5 Sterne-Niveau. Das GYM ist definitiv zu klein & zu minimalistisch eingerichtet. Massage-Behandlungen einen tick zu teuer. "

"Staff very friendly and welcoming, we even received a free chocolate cake for our National Day, which I'd have never expected that they would check these things about the origin country of their guests! What a nice surprise! Generally they were very attentive to make sure we have a pleasant stay, also at the bar or the breakfast, which was rich with buffet and a la carte options. Some little things were broken (elevator or parts of the bathtub), but otherwise it was perfect."
