„This hotel was absolutely terrible. There was no proper cleanliness, no peace, and even the bathroom facilities were not working correctly. For example, the toilet seat was broken, the water in the shower didn’t drain and kept rising up to my ankles, and the same problem existed with the sink. The whole room was full of scratches and paint stains. Noise from the neighboring rooms could easily be heard all the time. Housekeeping was also done very poorly – I found spider webs inside the drawers ...

„Moderne Wohnung, hohe Wände, ruhig, neu hergerichtet, Betten sehr bequem. “

„Great location right next to the main train station in Vienna, easy to reach the shops and trains (long distance and subway). Because of that not really quiet though, but it is okay if the windows are closed (however, we were there in the fall and as the property doesn't really have AC, I gather in the summer, you would need to keep the windows open to cool down). Love the concept of the hotel and I was really impressed with the amount of storage in the small room. It would be nice though, if ...

„The location is perfect, The room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly.“

„Very clean and functional apartment. Well equipped with all amenities: Washer, dishwasher, A/C, fully equipped kitchen. Well located next to métro ‘Reumannplatz station’, just 2 stations from central train station of Vienna. Many boutiques, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Check-in was very easy. No key, just code for the main door and the apartment door. Highly recommended.“

„No responses from the so called representatives and I was left stranded in front of the property for 45 minutes before I gave up and went elsewhere. They have still not refunded my money and I am convinced that this is a scam operation“

„Não entrega muito diferente do que promete. Localização boa, preço ok.“
