Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to send email address and sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. During the week of arrival, we will send step-by-step instructions and videos showing how to download and use the phone app to enter the common space and condo door. It is highly recommended to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in.

-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a discounted rate ($10/night) for the Premium Parking lot that is directly behind the Lofts. Guests simply need to send us their license plate, pull into the lot and park! Easy as that.
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info.

-This condo overlooks Palafox and features stunning views. There is noise associated with the street and surrounding businesses, especially on weekend nights. Please plan accordingly and let us know if you have any questions.
