Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fun stay

Pros:Clean, very comfortable bed, amazing view. Had everything we needed. Good overall price.Cons: Rugs need to be exchanged to something not so stained and shower wouldn’t drain all the way. Tv in guest room did not have cable. Closer door came off tracks and fell on husband. We stood two hours locked out during check in because the door code didn’t work and it was freezing!!Overall we enjoyed our stay but a few things could be adjusted.

Not a bad stay for the price

There are just a few things that should be changed for me to rate this rental a 5 in all areas. In general, the unit was clean upon our arrival. However, the shower curtains were half hanging on the hooks, blender and ice maker did not work, and I include these items in cleanliness. I rated the check-in process a 2 because none of the codes originally provided to us in the welcome email worked. The door code didn’t work, causing me to have to call the rental manager. The parking pass was not in the condo, as it said it would be in the rental email. As it turned out, we did not need a physical parking pass, but the welcome email should be updated to reflect that. The pool code did not work. Then on our checkout day, the stated checkout time was 10 am. But a cleaning person was standing outside our door at 8:30 am, making us feel pressure to leave early. I will say that the property manager was very responsive and helped us to resolve our issues quickly. For the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Door code didn’t work. Took 20 min to get someone to get us in WiFi-never worked. Asked for help. All I got was to reset router. No pool code given. We couldn’t get into hot tub or pool. Had to reach out to Vrbo to get codes Shower won’t drain. Shower curtain is a wreck Balcony curtain only closes on one sideStayed at this hotel many times never encountered issues like this with this particular condo.

Condo needed updates in bathroom carpet in living room not a good idea in the beech stained dirty beds uncomfortable Great balcony chairs comfortable great view No access to elevator between 4 snd 6 pm walk down from 10 floor i wear a brace due to paralysis on left leg and foot stairs are the last thing i want to have to go down or climb two sets of elevators broken would not recommend or stay there again

Stay at PCB

Check-in was very difficult as I didn’t have the right codes and there was no one in the check-in center to help. Took over an hour (and with the help of my grandson and son-in-law) till we finally get our issues resolved and we’re able to check-in. Also had no tv service but did not report it since we didn’t really need it. Once we got settled everything was fine. The room was very nice.,

Celadon Repeater

We liked staying at Celadon so much last year that we decided to stay there again this year for summer vacation. The property is clean and in a nice, quiet location. The only negative is the property is supposed to be non smoking, and there were several times my husband and I couldn’t enjoy the balcony for smokers on adjoining balconies. That rule should be enforced better.
