This custom home will sleep 8 guests, king master en-suite w/jetted tub & walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen plus waffle iron, large dining area w/extra seating at the counter, upstairs features 1queen bdrm, bunk room w/1 twin over 1 full and a single twin. plus, the sleeper sofa in the loft. 2.5 baths. 3 flat screen tvs, wifi, board games, HOT TUB out on the deck, 2 covered porches, fenced yard,2 car garage & extra parking for an extra car or 2, about 1 minute walk to dining, shopping, churches, golf, tennis, volleyball, park, recreation center with a comm. pool, jacuzzi, work out equipment, yoga etc.. near fishing lakes, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, or go down town along the San Juan river for all your water sports needs , you've got to visit the World Class Hot Spring with over 20 different pools to soak your sore muscles after a long day on the slopes or a day hiking, biking, atving, jeeping, hunting or just an evening under the star studded skies, just 24 miles to Wolf Creek ski area,

Just like home

JUST LIKE HOME This house worked out perfectly for our large family. It’s in a convenient location, walkable to the bike path, stores and restaurants, yet quiet and wooded. The fenced in backyard was great for the kids. It has a large parking area which was a plus since we came from different directions. The large garage provided space for bikes, sleds, skis and snow boards. The house is very comfortable with a spacious living area which has a nice gas fireplace, comfy furniture, lots of throw blankets, and even a Christmas tree giving it the holiday feel we were seeking. The house was the most well equipped house we have stayed in. It had plenty of everything we needed- soap, trash bags, kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The kitchen was exceptional, we were able to do our holiday baking and serve full meals to our large group with everything we needed. The little kids loved the large jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom and the adults loved the hot tub. We would highly recommend this house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Also the property managers were extremely helpful, one of the little ones unfortunately left two of their favorite bedtime cuddle toys wrapped in the bed sheets and they weren’t discovered until we were miles down the road…both were in the mail to us before the post office closed that day, we are very thankful for their swift and caring efforts on our behalf.

I really love my stay there what I didn’t love is that accusation of us leaving sheets wet. I don’t feel that was something that was needed considering we left the place clean and picked up trash and everything. I don’t feel that the communication after was necessary, and was not very nice by the owner. And the fact that I was told basically that I was a liar.

It is convenient location to groceries and restaurants and yet close enough to access nature too. It is very spacious to accomodate 5 adults and 2 kids. We enjoy a lot.

Would definitely stay here again!!

This property was perfect for our stay in Pagosa Springs! It was very easy to find and settle into. It is in the perfect location and offers balance of being away from town and touristy area, but super convenient to stores/shops/restaurants/fishing/nature. It was unseasonably warm while we were there so not having any AC was a little challenging as we like it cooler at night inside the house than we were able to achieve, but that was probably the only challenge. This house was one of the best parts of our vacation which is great b/c we were unable to do some of the excursions we planned on due to them being closed altogether or booked up far before our vacation was planned. I highly recommend this property and Deborah was wonderful to work with! We look forward to coming back in the future!

Great experience at this beautiful home conveniently close to everything. This was the perfect VRBO for our ski trip to Wolf Creek.
