„Was told by Expedia that I had the property to myself but when I arrived I realised I was sharing with 3 other people. Property was supposedly called ‘the cottage’ but turns out this was next door’s place. Parking was basically none existent in the end as the other people had their car(s) on the very small driveway. Only things I can say were good was that the WiFi was a decent speed considering how rural the area was, and the bed was very comfortable.“

„Very easy to find, parking is nice and safe,Great welcome pack on arrival, milk, orange juice, tea and coffee and more. Lovely property, not really any bad points if I was being picky may need a little bit of TLC in the future, but nothing that would put me off staying again “

„This was a lovely stay in Stanton Saint John! The cottage is clean, very nicely decorated and has enough space for 4 people. It was so nice to be able to use the garden in the summer weather on lazy days. Otherwise use the bus for a trip to Oxford or London. The Rectory Farm shop is very close and offers very fresh fruit and veg. You can even pick your own strawberries etc. We loved our stay in Oxfordshire. THANK YOU! Would absolutely recommend.“

„Perfect place for a decadent country getaway“

„We were a couple with 2 dogs (asked permission in advance) staying for 4 nights. Lovely cottage with plenty of room for two. Central location with some good 1-2hr circular walks. It’s a five minute walk into the centre of Chippy which has a nice Italian restaurant Alberto’s and a market on a Wednesday. Traffic is heavy through the town, as is with most of the Cotswolds villages, but you cannot hear the traffic in the cottage. We had beautiful weather so the trails were not muddy.“

„Dieses hübsche Cottage ist sehr gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Die Lage ist günstig, um sowohl Oxford zu besuchen als auch die umliegenden Cotswold-Städtchen zu erkunden und schöne Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Gute Pubs/Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.“
