"Empfang sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Rezeption hat 5 Sterne verdient. Room Service arbeitet nicht hygienisch. In 4 Tagen/3 Nächte nicht gestaubsaugt. Gebrauchte Gläser im Bad mit Lappen ausgewischt. Kopfkissen auf Fußboden geschmissen und danach wieder aufs Bett für die nächste Nacht. Rezeption hat nach Reklamation neue Kopfkissen besorgt. Restaurant/The Alice: sehr gutes Essen, aber Getränke völlig überteuert. Rechnung automatisch mit „Servicegebühr“ auch wenn der Service nicht gut war. Frühstücksbuffet mit 25£ zu teuer. Wenig Angebot, schlecht aufgefüllt. Hotel: Top (außer Room Service) , The Alice: Flop"

"Unfortunately the breakfast was not good, on the fruits and vegetables where fruit flies and the bread were not good. The rooms are quite nice and the bed really comfortable. "

"Alles war super, ausser alle Türe, die mit billigstem Holz gemacht, alt und fast kaputt. Schade, sie passen gar nicht zu andere Sache vom Hotel. Aber ja nu, ich muss nicht den Holzteil berühren…"

"•room in 2nd floor under the roof without AC -> room was so hot, we couldnt sleep or stay in the room for more than 5 min •bathroom in 80s style and simply not acceptable for the Price of nearly 200 pounds/night •breakfast: coffee not drinkable, orange juice tasted sour •we ordered room service the first evening which was still Not served After 1.5 hours. Went to the reception to check-> Order has been forgotten. So we had lunch at 10 pm finally, which was More than unconvenient, especially with a 2 year old child •we checked out 1 day early, which did Not Seem to bother the assistant manager at the reception-> did not even ask, if there were any problems during our stay or why we check pur early •all in all the worst hotel we have ever been to. Very frustrating, especially with regard to the high room Price. "
