„Just had an outstanding stay at Bel and The Dragon. Everything was 5 stars. The pub/restaurant atmosphere was fab and the quality of the food was excellent - truly delicious. The rooms were clean and airy, and the bathroom with the roll-top bath was lovely. The complementary tea and coffee, whiskey and sloe gin were all a great addition. Every single member of staff was polite and helpful and the service was outstanding. What a fabulous stay! Will be back!“

„Bedroom beautifully presented. Tea, coffee and water in the room. Comfortable bed. Warm and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was well stocked good choice of drinks and cocktails. Breakfast, full breakfast included, delicious and lots of choice, eggs benedict, eggs royale etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again. There was a loyalty scheme but they didn't explain it so i have probably lost out on a lot of points. But otherwise excellent. “

Dazu das BESTE Frühstück, dass ich in UK bisher bekommen habe, mit einem super-freundlichen Service, der einen auch 2min nach Öffnung schon herzlich willkommen heißt. Leider konnte ich nicht länger bleiben. “

„This property is in a quiet village and the local views are stunning. My only criticism is the lack of electronic device charging ports. Many pubs are switching at least the bedside power receptacles to the ones with built in usb ports. Other than this small inconvenience it was perfect “

„Gemütliches BnB im verschlafenen Sonning. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, Dinner sowie Frühstück. Sehr authentisch aber auch modern. Zu berücksichtigen ist jedoch auf jeden Fall das dass Pub unterhalb der Zimmer befindet, sprich es vor allem am Wochenende bis Mitternacht zu einem gewissen Lärmpegel kommen kann. Wir haben dies jedoch nicht als besonders störend empfunden, anders kann dies natürlich sein wenn man früh schlafen gehen möchte.“

„Wir haben uns mit unserem Kleinen Sohn (15Monate) sehr wohl im Hotel gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr kinderfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war super lecker. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel urig und gepflegt, mit Kamin am abend. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und ausreichend groß für uns 3. Vom Hotel aus braucht man ein Auto oder nimmt das Taxi um zum Beispiel zu einem Indoor Spielplatz in der Nähe oder Sehenswürdigkeiten oder zum Bahnhof um einen Zug nach London zu kommen.
