„It was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. The house has been well loved and is tastefully decorated. All bedrooms can sleep 2 easily in same bed.... BUT...The toilet leaks, the bathroom sink is clogged, the bathtub needs draino also.... Front screen door needs realigning as does the back screen patio door. Need new pots/ pans. Is there mold in the downstairs bedroom? Car in front needs to towed. Need landscaping or cleaning up especially in the back. Actually, these are all minor easy ...
