„Second visit to area and to this VRBO. Just a great as first time. Small apartment with just essentials but clean, quiet with discreet private entrance and easy parking. Perfect for exploring area and having a nice shower and comfortable bed to return home to. Thank you!“

„We’ve stayed twice on an annual trip to Red Rocks for the Avett Brothers shows. It’s a clean, well-maintained house that’s just an easy 15-minute drive from Red Rocks Amphitheatre. It’s also within walking distance from all that downtown Golden has to offer. And the evening view from the private outdoor patio is outstanding. Communication with the host, Jennifer, is seamless and accommodating. 5 Stars!“

„This is a great space for the spouse and I to crash at while visiting my parents in the neighborhood. It is quiet and comfortable and you feel like you do have your own little house in Denver. It is easy on and off the interstate but also close to downtown and so much that goes on in the area. Plus plus plus! It is dog friendly. “

„The neighborhood is a very quiet suburban one. Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. Except for the vehicles on the driveway, you would think you are alone there. No lists of "don't do this" or "do this". „We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. „We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults.“

„There is easy access to the facilities, were very clean and functional a nice size studio apartment type facility completely fenced in backyard so I could just let the pet friendly,my dogs, out and not have to worry about them“

„My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. "Es war mit Abstand der beste Service und das beste Team, welches wir auf unserer Reise durch die USA gesehen haben. Das Team im Hotel versteht es absolut gut, ihren Gästen einen komfortablen und zuvorkommenden Service zu bieten. Es waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Einrichtung im Hotel ist toll und modern. Besonders auch das Gym, welches sehr gross ist und mit den besten Geräten bestückt ist. Pool Area lädt zudem auf dem Dach im Aussenbereich zum verweilen ein und bietet ein Erlebnis. "
