This ideally located ocean front condo is on the beach. It sleeps four comfortably (one king bed and two twin beds). It is newly renovated and beautifully appointed with bright, modern living spaces, large bedrooms, and all-tile bathrooms. The two bedrooms are newly carpeted, and the main living areas and kitchen feature white-marbled ceramic tile floors.
The living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom feature a modern Roku television. The private wifi is strong, and the on-property laundry room is a short covered walk. You only have a few steps from your reserved parking spot to your keyless-entry door (no stairs).
The well-equipped modern kitchen features eight place settings of new black silverware, new Calphalon ceramic nonstick cookware, and new silicone cooking utensils.
Start each day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker, and enjoy it in the morning sun on the private ground-level patio with an ocean and sunrise view. Or take just a few steps to the heated pool or beach. Unlike Daytona Beach, automotive traffic is NOT allowed on this beach, and there is no road to cross to reach the ocean.
Do you play pickleball (or want to start)? One of Florida’s largest and well-run pickleball facilities with many covered courts (Pictona) is very short drive. You’ll be able to find competitive drop-in play for all levels. As for golfers, don’t forget that Daytona Beach is HQ for the LPGA, which boasts 36 holes of world-class golf designed by Arthur Hills and Rees Jones. Even if neither pickleball nor golf is your thing, there are so many other ways to entertain yourself in the Daytona Beach area.
Shopping opportunities are plentiful, including a new Tanger Outlets and the very large Daytona Beach weekend flee-market. And the world-famous Daytona International Speedway (and museum) is just minutes away and is host to all sorts of motorsports. I cannot think of a better location during the week of the Daytona 500.
And Ormond Beach and the Daytona Beach area feature a host of great restaurants. My personal favorite (and a favorite with guests) is Aunt Catfish, which is on the water with a fun family atmosphere.
Take a leisurely hour drive straight up scenic A1A to St. Augustine, the nation’s oldest city and a fantastic destination. Of course, Cape Canaveral and Orlando are also easy day-trips.
Fishing! All kinds of fantastic fishing is available as well. In addition to the obvious salt-water opportunities, bass fishing with wild golden shiners on the St. John’s might help you land a new personal best.
So don’t hesitate to visit this Ormond Beach and enjoy relaxing and entertainment from this beautiful beach-front condo.
