The neighborhood is residential and reasonably quiet. You will be a short drive from all modern amenities, like grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, malls, bars. If you don't have a car, you can actually find most of these things within a ten minute walk, including an excellent City park with a loop for running or biking, as well as some exercise equipment.

You may park your vehicle right next to the guest suite, or on the street, whichever you prefer. A maximum of two guest vehicles can park on the driveway.
