Pool/Spa heat: $50/day (must be requested at least 7 days in advance)
BBQ grill rental: $80(propane refill not included)
No smoking & no pets (minimum $400 fine for violations)
Self-catering home: Guests should visit a supermarket for additional personal items and food
Excessive required cleaning or also considered a double clean is charged $100.00

Starter Supplies: Includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small (hotel-sized) bar soap in each bathroom, dish soap/sponge, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.
Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping service. The unit is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
Self-Catering: While we provide welcome amenities, we recommend visiting the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and meals.
Food Policy: As per Florida law, no open food can be left in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, and all food items will be removed after check-out. Condiments and coffee will not be provided before check-in.
Excessive Cleaning: Any excessive or double cleaning required will be charged an additional $100.
Additional Fees:

Security Deposit: A $400 security deposit is required, refundable subject to property inspection.
Amenity Access Fee: A one-time fee of $35 per home (for 1-12 guests) is applicable for access to resort amenities, payable at the clubhouse.
Parking: Please note that there is no street parking allowed. Only registered guests can park in the designated spaces.
