The Space:
Located in Lake Wilson Preserve, this two-story, 5-bedroom home promises comfort and privacy for your group of up to 12. Take a dip in the beautiful south-facing pool, soaking up the sun with no rear neighbors to disturb your relaxation.

The ground floor features a Garage with Foosball Table and 2 Parking spaces. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly blends into the open-plan living space overlooking the screened pool patio in a screened patio. Guests can relax and enjoy a movie on a large Smart TV after a day of fun. In addition to this space there a formal dining room with seating for 8 next to a round table with seating for 4, just perfect for all types of occasions and family get-togethers.
The upper floor features the main master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, King Size bed and Smart TV. There is another bedroom with Queen Size Bed and balcony. Last bedroom Mickey-themed room with Twin-over-Full bunk bed with trundle. All the rooms have quality furnishings and the Master is simply beautiful boasting as it does a balcony with overlooks the lake.

1. Reservation Confirmation and Rental Agreement: upon confirmation of your reservation, we kindly request that you sign our rental agreement as soon as possible. The rental agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your stay and ensures a mutual understanding of responsibilities. You should have received an email with instructions on how to sign the agreement. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
2. Online Verification Process: to maintain the safety and security of all our guests, we require completion of an online verification process. This process includes uploading pictures of your identification documents (e.g., driver's license, passport) through our secure platform. We appreciate your cooperation in completing this step before your arrival.
3. Directions and Check-In Instructions: two days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with the full Directions and Check-In Instructions for your Vacation Home. These instructions will include the address, gate codes, and home codes necessary to access your rental property. We recommend saving these instructions for easy reference during your journey.

Other Things to Note:
- Parking: no car is allowed to park on the street. Please use the parking spot in front of the garage to avoid fines. Any violation may result in a fine of $100 per day.
- Pet Policies: including visiting animals, as per the pet/animal rules and regulations, visiting animals that enter the community must be registered with the Association via email prior to arrival. The registration consists of a picture/pdf of the animal's rabies vaccination paperwork and a picture of the animal, along with the dates of stay in the community. Failure to provide this information can result in a fine of up to $1,000 US
- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
- Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount. If you wish to include any of these services, kindly let us know so we can arrange them and add the charges accordingly.
