„Wir haben ein barrierefreies Zimmer bekommen, ohne dass speziell darauf hingewiesen wurde (letztes verfügbares Zimmer). Unangenehm war, dass der Zugang zu diesem Zimmer direkt vom Frühstücksraum (inkl. Rezeption) aus erfolgt. Nachdem wir einen Aufpreis bezahlt haben, konnten wir die letzten beiden Nächte in einem normalen Zimmer verbringen, und dieses Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen.“
