„Nice separate room self contained on a secure property. Worked out perfect with easy access to the freeway and any food or shopping within 5 minutes distance. The property host is on site, very nice, and answers any questions at a moments notice. It's also very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to others. Much better deal than a local hotel.“

„Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B.“

„Great communication from the minute that I booked the hideaway. The property is adorable. A private courtyard with a fountain leads into the cutest studio with beautiful architecture. We would come again! Within 5 minutes of two beaches & 10 to Stearns Wharf. “

„We stayed 3 nights to visit family for an 80th birthday! This rental was perfect! Gives you beach vibes- Beautiful and very clean and organized. Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. “

„Gemütlicher Bereich lädt zum Entspannen und relaxen ein. Man darf keine Probleme Mit Spinnen oder Tieren haben. Mary ist sehr bemüht den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten, sehr nett und kommunikativ. Danke für die vielen Tipps der näheren Umgebung. Die Gesellschaft der beiden Esel und Bonkers, den Hund haben wir sehr genossen.“

„We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful vacation home and would have loved to stay longer. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable – a pleasantly cool oasis in the warm summer of Simi Valley. „Wow! We just had an incredible stay at the BOHO House in Hope Ranch. Meghan was an attentive, super host! Our home away from home was chic with impeccable design and comfort. I never sleep well when I am away from my bed. But the BOHO house had the most comfortable King size bed. I slept great every night! Total game changer!
