Welcome to Wishing Well Vacation Beach House, a bright retreat just one block from the sand in Ventura’s Pierpont Beach neighborhood Designed for easy coastal living, this comfortable home sleeps up to eight and offers a private upper deck where sunsets, fire-pit evenings, and slow mornings feel effortless. With a fully equipped kitchen, and family-friendly touches throughout, this is the kind of beach house that works beautifully for both relaxing and reconnecting.



**Booking process - IMPORTANT!

- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.

- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.

- Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal

- Early check-in options appear 5 days before check-in. You may request it through your Guest Portal

- A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal.
