„2 blocks from the ocean with ample amenities (HOT TUB) and plenty of parking. Great for couples or families with 1-2 small kids. Great inventory of kitchen supplies and a grill that must be almost brand new... it worked like a charm! The only knock was the mini-ADU in the back didn't have adequate sleeping pads (the city made them remove 2 weeks prior to our check in but that message didn't get to us.). “

„This is a shared unit with others living on the property, this includes other vehicles. The beds are NOT queen size which inconvenienced us tremendously. The mugs provided burned me after using the microwave safe mug. While I know extras are complementary, they are extremely helpful like something as simple as napkins and maybe a couple waters. „It was a quick getaway/ visit so our time in the home was only to sleep, share a snack, late night sip of wine, and morning coffee. There was plenty of room for our friend group. The backyard needed some upkeep, need to stock up on wine glasses, and get some WD-40 on the squeaky doors. Overall comfortable stay.“
