„Nicely renovated Victorian. Clean and neat with all necessary conveniences. Quiet neighborhood in convenient location. As others have mentioned the neighborhood seems safe enough but is a little run down. We didn’t walk around the neighborhood but that was due to a busy schedule not the area. There is noise from the highway but that didn’t affect sleeping. There is a white noise machine in the master bedroom if needed. The host, Matt, was very quick to respond to any needs. “

„This house is a beautiful historical home. The home is older so there are a few things that remind you of that but its definitely a great stay. There's plenty of parking nearby, the garage is convenient, and everything's within a 15 minute drive max. “

„This was a charming apartment in an old house. It had some imperfections, but most added fun character. Parking was easy and lock codes were provided before our arrival and worked. The stairs are not ideal, but worked for our family. There are long-term residents in the other apartments, but our interactions with them were good and minimal. We were visiting for a funeral and booked our stay last-minute and appreciated the ability for that. The host is very quick to respond. We did have an issue ...

„Property is central to Mariemont, Indian Hill. Lots of outdoor activities nearby, plenty of restaurants. Minimal traffic. Home is comfortable, functional for two. Our second stay. Plan to return. “

„Matt was an amazing host. He kept in touch with me the entire stay. The carriage studio was perfect for our stay! The neighborhood was easy for walking our dogs.We would definitely stay there again.“

„We really liked the esthetics of the place. It was very cute and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was also very nice and we would 100% stay there again! There were some cobwebs and spiders in the ceiling corners, and some of the dishes didn't look clean, so we washed them. Other than those items, we really enjoyed our time and the accommodation. “
